May be you are right but ...

Last year  i had a bad experience with one company (TID Tuscany Int. Drilling) . TID filled for Chapter 11 and the Senior lender get the whole company for the amount of his debt. IMO in MBAC case the senior lender will be the unique owner in case of no buyout or JV. He will change the management team (may be M.Cina) and he will push it to full production, no debt payment problem as he is the owner. but in this case shareholders will be wiped out. But there is big chance that others third parties will compete with the senior lender and they will offer higher bids than the total debt ,,as we know ltafos is the second big SSP plant in Brazil...last thing Chapter 11 is the worst option to everyone especailly to the senior lender it  will cost millions and it will take a long time, long procedure  ... so chances for bankruptcy is really 1 per cent.
