RE:RE:RE:Still ConfusedA lower yield would mean a higher share price as the dividend is set.

I have a hard time believing that the shares are going to increase in value so much from current levels simply because previously it wasn't paying dividends and now it is - the incremental value of future dividends should already be priced in.  AS such, I feel that the current yield will be higher - around 10% (effectively putting granite share price around $3.20) as the market expects that divided yield to fall.
