The new designs are as foolproof as we can make them. Even glorieux couldn't screw one up.
This presentation is a few years old, but it gives a good overview of the modular concept. Once the individual Space-Frames are fully engineered (see p.91 and onwards), the plants can be quickly manufactured and built.

If we're going to talk nuclear energy and nuclear safety... I highly recommend any who are interested to watch a documentary called Pandoras Promise. It will open your eyes as to where nuclear energy stands now. As well as to why a lot of pro green activists are backing it.
