Failure started when?I'm thinking that like so many manufacturing work intensive labour jobs the learning curve to best be able to function in skilled working trades requires years of training. So with regards to these phoney education systems the flaw is the lack of opportunity for the resent graduates. The blame has to be placed on these companies that have all but eliminated apprenticeship programs once the back bone of a companies worth. Now it's all about outsourcing to a specialized companies or their cheaper labour.
This is where the real mismanagement of the human resources has been wasted, by the same idiots in human resources that support any argument to rid a learning inviornment with in most Canadian businesses today. The failure has been left to colleges and after graduation all to many students are left wondering what it's all for!
