Granted, he was going off memory, but the quality of the guy's posts on this board are probably #1; he seems to know the company better than anyone, and have the most level-headed outlook.

By performing a quick Google search using the term "Dalsin $500,000 bonus NASDAQ listing" I found this link as the 7th hit on the first page: https://globaldocuments.morningstar.com/documentlibrary/document/b75736f0cb8d1ba52d8e052012309e8f.msdoc/original. Page 11/12 seems to provide some info. RE: this statement.
