Thanks to you both ABC & Chizzles........the whole Almonty deal was odd.   I have been following them since and am not overly impressed.... No sexy action and daily volumes are low.....Dunn Dee only cares about Dunn Dee.  Started following Woulfe when it was around .30 cents . There management are too vague with the plans for the company ....and then to try and sell to Alomonty for much less than where many of the little guys need to be break even ....also telling of the boards lack of interest or direction.  Is the IMC deal still alive......remains to be seen.....I would'nt hold my breath.
For me it was best to find a play where management has a clear plan....where they can be measured by thier perfomance ( are they hitting the targets setforth in thier plan ) do they communicate well etc.
I am now looking for something in oil and gas sector ( buy low sell high ) that has those qualities. I am open to suggestion. In any case I wish you the best.......
