The Reality of the Situation

The Reality of the Situation

Folks,

The facts are that no one outside of God himself could have known what the **** was about to happen to the shares and the company.

Even in the rough and tumble crazy world of exploration and junior mining this type of a company event does not happen often and shows just how wrong things can go.

The shear magnitude of the recoverable ore difficulty and lower grade issue is something akin to a twilight zone episode of horror. I'll bet Gustivson and Company is s***ing their pants right now and scratching their heads wondering what went wrong with the modeling and analysis.

To this day I'm still scratching my head wondering how it was even possible to be this far off in recognizing possible issues with the Nevada clay issue. Either we're talking about a staggering level in of incompetence by G&C, or we're living through a gigantic one off event.

So, in short, everyone coming out pounding their chests and pointing at charts like they have a freaking clue as to what was about to happen are complete liars and frauds.

No one, not MDW management, nor G&C who did the preliminary ore work was able to identify this problem many months ago unless there is information being hidden from the public and financiers. I don't know personally at this point.

In closing, to make a final point, even some of the smartest people in the business didn't see that mess coming. As short as a couple of weeks ago a well respected hedge fund manager name Dave Kranszler put out an alert saying he thought the issues at MDW were over blown and this was at a price of around $0.60 US I believe.

He further stated that his fund was adding to their position expecting a double to the upside. My point is even the smartest people around who are managing other peoples money got caught blindsided by this fiasco.

I know none of this will make anyone feel better about their losses. I'm darn sure not happy.

At this point I'm just hoping that the company can remain solvent with enough time to work these ore and grade issues out and maybe, just maybe we shareholders can recover some if not all of our current losses.
