RE:One minute to midnight

That would be the straightforward thing to do, Sirbarf. I road out of the stock the minute they announced a delay in reporting and will not go for a third try until I can see past the fog. The longer this scenario is left unaddressed, the higher the likilhood of unpleasantries ahead. Now I am not saying that "unpleasantries" are definately in the cards, just that negatives are not a long shot if one reads the trail signs that the company is laying out. Silence is NOT golden here folks. Any astute officers/board would communicate with shareholders if all is well here. At very least, these people are not astute; at least not in this instance.
