elan, there are no free lunches in financing..royalty stream, CD, debt, PP's all wil result EOD with same level of economic impact for owners...ORT as i predicted was headed to mid $0.20's because of its need for a certain amount of cash, period....brownnoser know so little about this he can't tell the difference...only government fools give away near free lunches and the most preferred route is for a JV... a JV partner will tend to value the NPV of a project which is share price independent, that is why i demand ORT either get Veoliat to a JV or dump them off the BoD...
