I wish I could buy more like Orlandofl does...but...

I wish I could buy more like Orlandofl does...but...I have an idiosyncratic rule where I will only buy when stock goes down never up....I am probably wrong since I keep reading that averaging down is terrible strategy since when a stock keeps falling it is indicative of a fundamental flaw not a greater bargain....therefore...I am either stupid or stubborn or both
