Folks, look at all of the juniors that spiked then did a PP. I'm sure 90% of them who did a PP shortly after a spike did the PP at a price well below the high. Just because the sp traded at a value for a couple days/week doesn't mean investors are willing to do a pp and have funds frozen for months near the high. As an investor it would be great to always do a pp at the high to minimize dilution, this just isn't the way things typically work.
