RE:"investment".....MS4 I can totally understand where you are coming from and feel the same frustration that our investment is not growing and, in the near term, does not feel like it is going anywhere fast. However, I think that the strategic partnership that they have managed to develop is beginning to show some significant promise. No certainty; but promise. They have let us in on the number of customers in production, the number in prototype development and the growing number of prospect/qualify/bid opportunities. We also have a better understanding of the revenue model.
What we need now is some additional, although painful to hear, patience to see how this unfolds in the coming 6 months or so. Or look to get out of this one. It has already been a long wait with money tied up and not doing anything but sitting. That's not what one wants with an 'investment'.
I have also watched Bsquare for a long time like another poster has. Their most recent financials were quite good and the market has responded.
I am looking for this same response for ITC as they continue down this path with a growing number of customers and as customer products begin to ship. A big win on this would be a large 3D tv shipment of modules. If not or possibly in the same time frame, a number of smaller shipments to a variety of other customers can still grow revenue. I believe the market will respond eventually if they are successful in their business plan, although it is taking longer than I think most of us likely thought it might.
It has not been any joy waiting for something to happen that grows our investments but the seeds have been planted and we'll see if they grow in the next number of months. When or if they do, I believe we will be rewarded for our unbelievably long patience. If not, then .... well I don't know?
All just IMO.
