Yes, the seeds have been planted a long, long time ago....maybe 6-7years ago!!!!! But what is missing is the rain for the past many years for the seeds to grow. Some survived, but most dried up.
Maybe a new gardener is needed who has some idea how to grow the seeds without rain, maybe they just need to be watered, maybe he has to diversify with some other seeds which need less water!!!!
The gardener is on the job for many years, maybe it is time for a new one!!!
