to me this rubiales deal looks bad....

to me this rubiales deal looks bad....comparing it to our situation looks eerily similar in a bad way....we also bottomed out at less than 10% of our June 2014 high...they are getting bought out at 1/4 of last summer's high of over $24....if we got similar hostile bid that would be $2.25 for our situation...which is over 60% premium to today's price...they got only 39% premium from date they announced buyout discussions...I definitely believe there are deliberate efforts keeping our share price depressed for that purpose...it is not a high short position though...just some funky manipulation going on with someone trying to lowball our assets...there is no way in h3ll we should of old be under $2 at this oil price...for fux same we were $1.80 recently with oil price lower than today
