new offeringAfter reading through this offering, which I received in the mail today, is it safe to assume that what the current Board now is trying to do is pay out the current share holders at 20.00 per share so another company can be developed? I have read through the offering three times and it seems like the $2M of investments is for this and developing the product(s).
