Let's give BB a break and accept that he is not who he said he is...the King of Penny stocks making $ millions on his stock killings. I don't know whether or not he embellishes his record of successes, but things just don't add up. XAU was born from a Reverse Takeover (RTO) of Loma Vista Capital (a dormant over-the-counter Canadian Stock) and consequent stock merger with Bitgold (XAU) so it can get an IPO listing on the TSX-V through the "back door" without doing an offering prospectus. Pursuant to the Amalgamation, securities of BitGold (XAU) were exchanged for comparable securities of the amalgamated company at a 1 to 1 ratio, and securities of Loma Vista were exchanged for comparable securities of the amalgamated company at a 16.485587 to 1 ratio, resulting in the issuance of 36,064,329 Common Shares. The thing is BB said he bought 189,000 shares of XAU. He certainly didn't get 'em thru' the IPO @$0.90 since he said he bought those shares @$0.99 to $1.08. However, the funny thing is the low for XAU at the open was $2.35, so it couldn't be true. If he had owned Loma Vista @$0.075, he would have held over 3 million shares pre-merger (out of total 9 million shares) since Loma Vista had exchanged 16.48 shares to 1 share of XAU in order to arrive at 189,000 shares. BB is simply a liar and not a good one at that. I can excuse him for being a DYSLEXIC but stop the BS please. A person who is affected by “...Dyslexia is characterized by difficulties with accurate and / or fluent word recognition and by poor spelling and decoding abilities. These difficulties typically result from a deficit in the phonological component of language that is often unexpected in relation to other cognitive abilities..."
