You do realize this is the Bulletin board for LAKE SHORE GOLD   a GOLD exploration and mining company  , don't you ?

If you have an issue  with the Provincial Gov't regarding other issues that are in the relm of the Provincial Gov't , may i suggest you contact your local MPP and raise  those  issues  with them and leave this board to discuss LSG only.
