RE:RE:my calculations show that we need $52 netback to stopabsolutely...that is why we need an asset sale that reduces debt by a higher proportion than the reduction in production that would result from that sale.Selling half our production to get rid of half the debt would be a waste of time....we would still be faced with $10 per boe interest expense and growing.I suggest we need minimum $1.3B for bakken to achieve this.that would leave $400M debt on 21k b/d production which equates to about $5 per boe interest expense.that is maximum we can afford to have any chance to break free of the "death spiral"
