Rainmaker is a great long term play, its still selling at the near bankrupt price of 2012. the studio has accuired rights to a number of high profile movies, ratchet and clank, slycooper, and 3 more unannouced, they own 50% of the revenue from these. they just signed reboot to the Weinstiens this is 100% their IP, and have have service work with Hit entertianment ( bob the builder) Mattel ( barbie ) the Weinstiens ( spykids ) and Sony ( open season ).  Not sure what not to liker here, but even with the convertable debentures, with 19 milion shares out, this is still a great long term play IMHO.  Everything i mentioned here is officially announced and on the Websites or through news releases, do your DD.
