Hello gambleitall, I called David Vinokurov, Stan's Energy to-day, May 22nd. David, in response to my questions said (1) Stan's Energy had NOT appealed the Ruling from the Moscow City Arbitrazh Court. (2) They (Stan's Energy), as of May 22nd had still NOT received from the Moscow City Arbitrazh Court a written ruling, and (3) "The clock started ticking" to file an appeal within the 30 days from the ORAL Ruling, April 29th. When I expressed my concerns, as detailed in my post of May 21st, David replied they will file " A MOTION TO Appeal." I fell confident that Stans Energy's management is executing a sound game plan, and they were not surprized by not receiving a written ruling with explanations from the Russian Court within 5 days.
