The Loyalist College discussed on the article is not part of Loyalist Group. It is a private college in Belleville, Ontario that doesn't even offer ESL programmes. I suspect you know this and are just spreading FUD. If you honestly couldn't distinguish the two, you are woefully unprepared to undertake DD for an actual investement.
