The good news is, we can vote NO NO NO

The good news is, we can vote NO NO NO
This is a non-arm's length move designed to help Minco Gold, not us. If management wants my votes they had better do some explaining and fast. Or I and likely everyone else will vote no and while we are at it, lets vote to get rid of current management and get some that can actually use the huge cash reserves wisely. The good thing also is that this only uses a little of MSV's cash, but to vote yes, we should be getting all those MSV shares back from Minco Gold.
