Friendly Deals are the norm with sizeable break fees

Friendly Deals are the norm with sizeable break feesCompanies minimize risk and maximize gain with friendly deals. Hostile bids are almost non existent. Cpg or whoever runs the numbers every which way to obviously demonstrate to shareholders that it was a prudent decision. The day of doing m and a based on ego is long gone. I have watched this stock very closely for years and have noticed some unusual bids popping up. The floating bids of 500k of shares has not been seen for as long as I remember.  The shorts set up road blocks usually where they want the shares to end up. Those road blocks are being gobbled up.  I have not noticed new production licenses for legacy which may or may not mean a transaction is in the works. I am holding strong. I would love to hear poises "ear to the ground synopsis". Have a good weekend to all.
