Take a look at page 60 of the PEA. It does not matter if one or 100 LNG plants go ahead.
All we need is Petronas and the pipelines will be built. Page 60 shows you the route and SPN's location to them.

One problem with the Nisga'a lava beds is that the gas filled pipeline will vibrate causing the pipeline to sink in the lava, the solution is a foundation of aggs. On the ocean floor aggs will be underneath and on top of the pipeline. I have heard estimates that 10 - 15 % of the pipelines cost will be for aggs. This is serious money and the greatest cost for aggs is in transporting them.
