You have no idea what the true reason is behind this IPO for a Chinese (state) company. Up until recently there were 2 big nuclear (state) companies competing in China. They wanted to end it and maybe this IPO is to buy out some of the competition. Who knows!

FYI: I'm not THAT informed of the Chinese energy market either, but if you seriously think the universe (market) spins around Fission, then you're dead wrong. We're just another planet rotating around only a few suns (majors). Sure we are high-grade and everything else, but until a PEA is issued we cannot state facts about how much cheaper we actually are compared to the so called "low-grade" mines in Namibia, Kazakhstan, and so on.
