High price help on cruse control!

High price help on cruse control!Imagine employing all these boarder line genius that academically are light years ahead of the wasters that work in these Management capacity jobs. These are the normal skilled employees that occupy the technical jobs building the products. I've personnnaly witness top talent with years of experience in management that are side lined in remeanial clerical jobs while the inexperienced idiots that have been hired are left to manage senior staff engineers and technical employees. To say I'm bewildered would be an understatement.

Its not that I'm opposed to the newbies getting a chance to play Boss but their so out of there element. In the intern the more experience Managers are just frustrated being sidelined watching and waiting to see just how low the circus can allow things to get. All the while putting on big smiles and swallowing possion being poured down their necks. If duplication and redundancy are what constitutes mismanagement then yes, the Bomber wins hands down.
