RE:Orbite receives more tax credits,ROTFLMAO...imagine the serendipitous good luck of having a poorly explained delay in construction just long enough to qualify for a whole new set of ITC's..it was an issue i raisd some time ago and asked Kebekers for knowledge on this issue (as usual the brownnosers seemed not to have known of this)  and BTW if ORT delayed construction to get these credits (which i believe they did) then they should've just told owners..it is a good plan to make up for a botched HPA2 plan...now where is the rest of the $15M coming from???
