Whats holding ???Everyone now know that everything is finalized except the financing. Rio is releasing statements and GOM confirms too after much long awaited phase 2 start. I dont think there is anything to doubt at this moment that the project will stall again as the primary hurdles and secondary hurdles (z) are all decleared cleared. I am not sure whats the holding point here?? since the day the deal is finalized, SP hardly moved 10 cents. What is holding on to bet on this stock is unknown. who is playing?? shorters?? MMs?? Rio?? or Bigtime investors?? waited for years to see it atleast doubles with the announcement. Not sure what games are being played.
