dw, ignore what brownnoser posted, here is the answers to your Q's...total of options, RSU's and DSU's is limited to 10% of stock...now on to other things a) i have properly criticised ORT's BoD in past for not having an "industry standard" type comp plan for execs, it now does b) however i am voting against it as 5% of shares can be gifted to one person and that IMO is pure piggies at the trough c) GK was simply over compensated last year $1.2M for failure of HPA2 and just too not BK is wrong, as i read the circular ORT failed to meet their objectives, so if ORT had achieved its objectives GK could'v made +$2M and that is piggies at the trough...so good plan badly executed = failure = i vote against it....regards
