Crescent Point is buying Legacy I think the price that CPG paid for Legacy assets doesn't reflect Saxberg wanted to get the deal done soon. It shows Legacy needed to get the deal done soon.  If CPG wanted to get it done soon they would of paid a premium.  CPG is being very patient.
