Ms. Courtenay Wolfe reports BRILLIANT ANNOUNCES DATE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS Brilliant Resources Inc. will hold a special meeting of its shareholders on June 25, 2015, for the purpose of approving: (i) a return of capital to its shareholders of 14.5 cents per share; (ii) a change of business to an investment company under the rules of the TSX Venture Exchange; (iii) a change of the name of the company to FCF Capital Inc.; and (iv) amendments to its stock option plan and deferred share unit plan. The record date for the purpose of determining holders of common shares entitled to receive notice of and attend the meeting and vote thereat is May 21, 2015.
