RE:Not a bad balance sheethome, i disagree with your assessment.  as i see it the BS was bolstered by the financing no more and no less....i foresee a financing coming in the near future based on a) hammy indicated the plant problems will carry on for some time, did they forecast $2M in sales for this Q, and so the business is IMO facing real risk...add on top the IP problems and Ascasti and and i see more risk to current price... IMO over the summer price will hit 52 week low...reaction will depend on whether hammy and CoB perform better than on last CC, which was a gong show IMO.  PS IMO hammy didn't kitchen sink as he should've, all "costs" associated with turning around the brand new factory (what an admission of leadership failure) should've been levered to last year and i don't think they did (e.g. inventory write off not likely enough)...
