..as the most important strategic step NTB leadership could take...acasti is IMO a typical pre-revenue wealth sucking baby-bio...if i wanted to own that kind of firm i will i don't want NTB leadership (who i view as incompetent) making that decision for me...cut ascasti free and implement some sort of ORRI...now get to it
