RE:RE:ITC's - Veolia - JV's..what i demand...soul i agree and IMO this is a significant failure of the BoD's of ORT...givning free lunch to Veolia is completely stupid and unacceptable.. Decary doesn't even show up for all meetings, and doesn't participate in any committees, so i simply call WABS when GK touts him as a member...IMO he is there so Veolia has non-public access to ORT, period, and that puts our wealth greatly at risk..i've never seen anything this bizarre before giving a potential COMPETITOR inside access... i will vote against all directors unless Veolia is made to bow down and JV accretively for ORT shareholders
