Litigation

Litigation This group of lawyers represent themselves as a firm that specializes in shareholder lawsuits. Their main interest is themselves. Any shareholder who bought stock just before the Petrofrackup and panicked out of their shares will get peanuts out of this action if there ever is a settlement. I received notice about a week ago that I am entitled to some compensation because of a suit (that I didn't even know had taken place) between shareholders and Aurcana. The company was accused of misrepresenting the resource levels of a mine in Texas. The settlement is $4million. Of that amount  $1.3million goes to the law firm. These guys may as well be ambulance chasers. Good to see the sp recover on this nusiance announcement. They should go after Petrofac. They caused the delay.
