RE:RE:RE:The release
one of the reasons I bought arw over the years is because arw does not have many shares. To keep it simple I will never touch a jr deal with over one hundred million shares. Unless the jr has over 10 million cash in the bank, & a % of the shares are held institutional. With out many shares out we as share holders have a larger % of the company, with less shares out management can control the deal 100% easier ......less shares less proplems. Ie if arw want to do a financing insiders can easily bump the price up to 40 cents simply because there are not many shares in the way, also they would never want to delute their stock at such a low price as many jr's are now raising what ever they can under 3 pennies with over a hundred million shares out...those deals are 99% destine for failure. Where arw is still nice fresh, & clean....we have lots of room for fiancings at higher prices with far less stock to give away. When arw becomes a serious player in the oil patch...out of nowhere they will need over $70 million dollars many lendeds will come begging for a piece of the pie....the only way arw can raise that cash is by issuing paper at much higher prices. Under this circumstances it ok to have well over one hundred millions shares, so arw is 100% more liquid to sell and trade. I can go on but hope I helped. MORE importantly I believe management is doing the right thing....hey throw out Kirtpatrick...simply because better plays are around for much cheaper. If arw gets financing & play their cards right, as crude slowly pushes higher over the years. From this level we will have a massive win. A buck in 2 years will be a dissapointment...I will no feel to bad because my average cost is a nickel. Good luck to all. I have a feeling cc cooper has a better chance getting a financing done, than pulling a db cooper.
