RE:RE:RE:RE:Veolia take outtcf i completely disagree with your belief...V wants as much of ORT as they can get for the best price...paying a royalty fee is counter to having a Board seat...having a board seat suggests a partnership of some kind (at a minimum) but wait Decar is a casual attender of meetings and sits on no committeees..so i call BS to GK's claim of his utility...i believe he is a plant for Veolia
 and that he serves the interests of Veolia first and CL above all others (ICD.D)) knows this is unacceptable...so simple solution Veolia pony up $30M ($15M gift from Kebekers and $15M of risk capital) or get thrown off the Board and be treated as a simple payor of royalties...this charade has gone on long enough, can't suck and blow at the same time unless you are brownnoser
