So....

So....When's the new canadian hearing scheduled for? So it's now being moved to when. 2016? Have we appealed yet the moscow hearing? Are we sure we need the written ruling to appeal? Are we looking for new financing now? 

legals aside. What is this company doing now? 

weve been in these penny prices for Way too long. Everyone wants upside but doesn't evryone else agree, wtf Is going on? I honestly don't understand the purpose of this company anymore as we haven't heard anything. This is a fair observation and not a bash.

seriously. Is it a case of sitting another two to three years now to get some upside to wait the outcomes of this legal battle.
