It also focused on rare earth elements exploration, which includes Minore (EL9031 and EL8961).

RE:RE:RE:?The problem is that Canadian Securities Administrators have instituted a trading ban in all provinces because RBI has failed to file the required audited financial statements at the end of April.  

That means that only non-Canadian residents can trade in the OTC market.
