I love my Boss he's Great!

I love my Boss he's Great!I just can't say enough good things about my Boss he relies on everything our group does and assigns work to allow me to prioritize the required duties. This took years of convincing him, and to train this guy. He's been brought down a notch but only after he assigned work he had no clue about that cost him dearly did he learn the hard way.

Even now and then he's still up to his old tricks. We cleaned out a series of out of issue parts and because production was short of the new ones he issued an illegal work order to have them installed. To remove them after the fact and reinstall the correct fitted parts set us back several days work and thousands of dollars in waste.

I brought this to the attention of his Boss, but one was as bad as the other. So when all else failed our last ditched effort was DOT. Good out airworthiness inspector form Dept of Transport. These two cronies are singing a different tune now days. Hahaha........I would of had our union Rep get after him but the union are just as corrupted.
