The Capital Markets segment is focused on serving global financial services clients and corporations with an array of buy-and sell-side, treasury, risk management and lending solutions. Its solutions include a variety of mission-critical buy-and sell-side applications for recordkeeping, data and analytics, trading and financing as well as corporate treasury and risk management applications.

Quakes,

If insiders are buying, it means they are not in a blackout period, correct?
So this means there won't be a buyout for at least... 4 weeks?
Don't know the exact blackout period in which insiders cannot buy shares anymore because they would have insider knowledge that the market doesn't have, in case of buyout talks.
