Quarterly results ok but doing another financing at $0.26 Argh! Stock likely not to move above $0.30 until they can get fully funded.



As for the financing it's fully subscribed, look at volume 2 days ago...: ''The Offering is fully subscribed and will close upon receipt of TSX Venture Exchange approval.''

Same thing happened back in April at 25 cents, just prio to the sp going to 54...

Management changes, always good, don't need 2 CEO's. Add someone who brings something new to the table.

Sales are ongoing, of course this does not include Google or Yellow Pages. The growth in the Video industry is just starting.
