bill, ROTFLMAO...actually that is likely a) in the pecking order, but i didn't want to appear boastful...now for another tidbit you heard from me first (i wonder if i am the only one that actually reads the documents) and BTW adds to the "oddity" of Pascal's board seat...he has received $0's in compensation that is right $0 (he got some options in  previous year) and appears to be the only Director in such a position...now it could be a charity thing but i suspect it is due to the simple fact he is here only and i repeat only to represent Veolia and so again as CL is an expert on best governance practices he knows just how unacceptable that is (and to people like me who know something about governance)..PS this is so odd i checked Director comp at other companies i own and it is standalone unique....sign a JV or get off the BoD....
