RE:100,000 shares = joke

RE:100,000 shares = jokehey, jimmy as i am the person who started this intense and proper focus on the gift to Veolia with their free ride into ORT affairs via PD who is IMO a useless member of the BoD (doesn't attend all meetings (worst attendance record i believe) and sits on no committees...and his purchase shows a lack of commitment and leadership and authority to govern (shoulda bought at the darkest hour and not a break of dawn) "oddly" he has never been compensated to sit of ORT BoD's it seems (aside from some options)...this IMO confirms his role is only and i mean only to represent Veolio and that adds IMO the risk of him being on the Board with no JV...i view Veolia more as a competitor than a partner...sign a JV or can him off the BoD...ORT's shareprice won't fall if Veolia is turfed.
