why is PD not compensated for beng a board member>>>..IMO it is because he is "appointed" to sit on ORT's BoD by Veolia and has nothing to do with CL or others wishes...for PD this is within his job description and no more no less, report back to Veolia what is going on at ORT...at the AGM i challenge PD to speak for hisself and precisely describe the unique contributions he has made to ORT (i bet his speech lasts 10 second of which 9 is a pause)...sign a JV or get off ORT's BoD..and remember folks ORT's BoD has gotten an awful lot wrong over the years, even with CL as CoB i don't trust them much
