RE:Review board Adequacy review of DAR

RE:Review board Adequacy review of DARI'm sure everyone involved is getting tired of the torturous red tape and endless hoops the MVLWB is making them jump through. I know I am. Cross the T's and dot the I's or we won't even look at it, they seem to be saying. And so it goes.... On and on and on and on......
It's just a bloody road. The same alignment as the winter road with a jig here and a jog there.
and an airstrip somewhere along the way.
if this is what it's like before development, what's it going to be like when they start mining?
will it even be possible to live up to the conditions of the various permits?
maybe.....just maybe... This is a major reason why no one has stepped up yet to finance this thing?
is the price to pay too much to make extracting the prize worthwhile?
When will the torture end?
