RE:Buyout?

RE:Buyout?Even Energulf is currently trying to buy a company,- Columbus Copper.Columbus Copper bought Dinaric Energy and so on.There are a lot of examples.
The lower the share price the easier target.A buyer could offer shares in their company the same way as Energulf and Columbus Copper did in their deals.
A deal like that would be better for the management of Energulf than a roll back. They would get
shares in the new company in return for their Energulf shares and maybe some of them would keep
a position on the board of the new company.
A bigger company than Energulf could have better chanses to finance Lotshi,1711 and so on.
Such a deal would be better than a roll back for us too.
As Passport noted the sell price would be higher than the current price but most of us would probably be on minus.
