40,000 x 33,000bbls per day this is the high end of what they guided for 2015.
Sale price 1.32 bil, take off debt 695 mil leaves 625 mil for the share holders.
Shares aprox 200 mil leaves about 3 dollars a share

This will not bring a penny more than 40,000 per flowing as it has to much gas.
