"It will get done"

What else do you see in that crystal ball?  Did your horoscope tell you "all signs point to unconditional approval?" Please, tell us more great prophet...because a very public rejection of a billion dollars just took place, and now an environmental assessment needs to happen to establish zero risk to the things the natives believe are so threatened they're willing to turn down seven digits.  That's just the condition I can think of...there could be others tied to godknowswhat, and if any one of those conditions is subject to interpretation or internal performance, they might as well not bother announcing at all because it offers zero certainty.

It's an election year as well, so yes, "it will get done" but possibly not in a timeframe that makes the exports competitive.  Unless the article Roscoe found recently was a pile of biased rubbish designed to "mislead" people, it's bringing to light some valid concerns about other LNG players beating BC to market.  Put down the pom-poms and be skeptical for a minute: if everyone believed the hype you're selling we'd be trading at $14 right now.  They don't.  You are the minority opinion and no matter how loud you shout, the market is still cautious with PPY because their short/mid-term success isn't guaranteed.
