RE:RE:RE:FEARSince the North American economy has little or no growth there isn't much chance of a serious interest rate hike anytime soon so as long as cash flow can service the dividend it's not really a problem. I agree with you being debt free is better than being in debt but in the case of TBE I don't thing it's an imminent problem, certainly with the economy on life support. There will always be a vocal group of "hawks" calling for higher rates but I just don't think it's going to happen very soon.
